Q4 is seeking a self-starting passionate and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our Toronto office. The successful candidate will have relevant experience with an architectural practice, with a strong emphasis in the design of low & mid rise design for residential and mixed use projects.

  • Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience with Residential and Mixed Use (Residential/Commercial) projects;
  • Project Management designation is an asset;
  • Architectural registration (OAA or OAAAS) and LEED accreditation preferred;
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other data management software;
  • Knowledge of Newforma an asset;
  • Licensed OAA Architect or the ability to register with the OAA preferred;
  • Extensive construction site review experience required;
  • Strong understanding of sustainability trends and issues required;
  • Excellent knowledge of current building codes and standards required;
  • Strong technical background in AutoCAD and working knowledge of Revit;
  • Shop Drawing review skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects;
  • Ability to achieve effective collaboration using excellent written and verbal communication; and Client service focus.


Bachelor’s degree in Architecture preferred or a minimum 3-year Architectural technology diploma. 


  • Facilitate the development and evolution of the work plan, budget, and schedule;
  • Align work effort and resources with contract and compensation commitments and proactively address;
  • changes, including additional services as required;
  • Align team process and deliverables with the delivery method;
  • Coordination of working drawings, details and specifications;Prepare and modify architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, etc. Prepare 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings
  • Management and coordination of projects and Contract Administration;
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors;
  • Work on multiple projects (on tight deadlines) and prioritize and communicate clearly at all stages of project.

The Project Manager will work closely with the Directors and Principal to meet project goals of the studio.
