Q4A is looking for a new addition to our Toronto studio. Q4A has been in growth mode for 5+ years and are now seeking a Senior Job Captain or Technical Specialist with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience to help support new and ongoing project development.
You are an enthusiastic and pleasant individual with a passion for organization, collaboration, building design, and construction. You are professional through and through and have a practiced proficiency when it comes to shepherding design to built-reality. You are technically savvy with regards to construction practices, code-compliance, detailing, and coordinating with consultants. You anticipate the needs of clients and contractors, while collaborating with your team to keep the project on-time and on-budget. You think three steps ahead and seek solutions before a problem emerges.
COVID-19 Procedures:
Following the recent uptick in Coronavirus/COVID-19 cases in Ontario, our staff has returned to a largely Work-from-Home environment, however our office remains open to allow people to work socially-distanced if they prefer. We utilize Zoom and Microsoft Teams for digital collaboration among project teams and communicating with our clients. Working knowledge and comfort with these systems is essential to the success of this role. Ongoing, we are reassessing our Return-to-Office plans in conjunction with government guidelines.
