Hi, I'm Melissa, a junior designer within the Design team at Q4A.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Science with a specialization in project management.

I have gained experience at an architecture and construction firm, that has given me a unique perspective on the industry.

My passion towards sustainable built environments and human-centered design drove me into this profession, and every day I look forward to ensuring beautiful and healthy homes for the Q4A's clients.

At work I am a member of the Q4ALL team, that looks to cultivate a more inclusive work environment and celebrates the Q4A team's diversity.

Outside my job I enjoy taking part in architectural seminars and events in order to broaden my understanding of the industry.
