Large mixed-use redevelopment lands formerly the Orlando Naval Training base. This site had a long history of military use and was redeveloped for residential business and commercial, including the development of a Town centre for the community. Our project consisted of 12 buildings with 68 total units of 3-storey, rear lane townhomes. The siting of these buildings varied from street fronting to clustered buildings around internal courtyards, walkways, generating an opportunity to provide garden townhomes. The upper two floors include a main floor with terrace and 3 bedrooms on the third floor. The Ground floor operates as a small live work suite, providing flexible space for a variety of potential uses. The townhomes also feature recessed terraces at grade each with separate entrances, allowing for the potential of nanny or granny suites, work studios or home offices.
