Each townhouse unit is designed with a one-storey commercial storefront space with two-storey living above.

Proportion, mass, scale and material were carefully considered as a means to a design that would transition the traditional styles of The Preserve single family and townhomes to the contemporary goals of North Oakville’s Dundas Urban Corridor.
